A convert’s review This is a great book.For some reason, the Machzorim around the High Holidays are much older (they only get used once a year, so why shouldn’t they be kept in rotation for half a century?) and they are not formatted in a user friendly way.This book is formatted in a wonderful way and it is very easy to follow. It makes the service a delight to attend (insofar as a service that goes on for 5 hours can be enjoyed).Verdict: Strongly recommended for the price.
Wrong item sent I was sent the Yom Kippur Machzor instead
line by line unclear I got this precisely so that the translations would be right there, line by line, with the text. However, it is hard to follow with the transliteration getting in the way, and the way they are all staggered together. I had hoped that the fonts and layout would be clear, with a space for each. But perhaps that was too much to ask.
