This Actually Feels Good With combining plantar f and Achilles t at the same time someone suggested this. Unfortunately I tried it right after my massage and put too much stretch trying it. Operator error. I can see how this can be helpful when done properly. The stretch feels really good but I think we an active injury you should dial down the directions and work your way up. It would be great for runners and even walkers to warm up prior. Just wish I would have not paid attention to the directions and have been…

Pain minimized dramatically. Resumed walking – my favorite exercise. My feet were hurting so bad (pain in heel and achilles), especially in the morning. I’m sure having flat feet doesn’t help!
