My crib was missing parts, and the company has sent me a bill for the cost of the part + shipping I am absolutely dumbfounded by DaVinci’s (part of the Million Dollar Baby company) customer service. The crib that I received was missing the “rock stop”, which is sort of a kick stand that keeps the crib from leaning to one side when you aren’t actively rocking it. I went through the trouble of notifying the company that my brand new product was missing parts, and they just sent me a bill, requiring that I pay both for the part and for shipping!I will be returning the…
Different dimensions. Nice little crib This is not as wide as it said when I ordered, which is nice for me because it fits in more places. The short side is 24 inches wide, long side 39 inches, and 35 inches high at tallest point with wheels. This crib did not come with instructions but was still easy for me to put together myself in 30 mins, while 8 months pregnant. It seems sturdy and came in perfect condition. This crib is awesome! So you’re probably wondering why it only gets 4 stars. Let me explain from the beginning. I’m expecting my 4th baby in about 8 weeks.
