Helps with support, recovery and pain relief I’m recovering from a herniated disc and wanted a supportive device to help my back. My requirements for the back support device were that it help: support, recover and hopefully help with some pain. I’m happy to report this device does all of that and more. Best brace I’ve found for driving As someone who suffers from sciatica problems, I’ve been looking for a decent back brace to help alleviate the pain, especially when driving. I tried several, and this one with the lumbar support really does the trick.
Not quite meant for thin people I thought I was going to be able to wear this brace under my clothing for one, I was wrong you can’t. It fits okay, I’m 5’8″ and 120 pounds so very tall and thin. My waist is only 26″ but it still fits okay. Only complaint is that in the photos it shows it being a lower back brace but it covers 3/4 of my back which is extremely odd since I’m so tall and it feels like it’s crushing my lungs. Overall it reduces pain and does the job just not for long periods of time. It would probably be…
