Great product; great company; great personalization We ordered this as a gift for a colleague out of the US and we waited until the last minute; but, the product came express delivery as ordered and was adorable! It was folded/rolled up with a pretty pink bow/tie on it! The personalization is more of an “embossed” look, because it is lower than the “plush” of the blanket – but that was clear from the advertisement, so no surprise. The bear and blanket are both EXTREMELY soft and plush…I’m sure her baby girl will LOVE it…
Product is not accurately described I purchased this gift for a dear friend’s baby girl – the first girl born in several generations. SO DISAPPOINTED in the quality of the personalization. In looking back, I did not see anything that accurately described how this would be done. I though it was embroidered (as is another product I have ordered), but when the package arrived, I see that the personalization was done via a stencil and a hot plate/iron which essentially stamps the personalization into the blanket.
