NOT advanced in any way! Disappointed:( These are absolutely not âadvancedâ but have the same absorbency as the basic. They are by no means for âsevereâ incontinence. Iâve been using Attends for 5 years & am so disappointed that the âovernightâ briefs were discontinued. Now my only recourse is to use the basic with extra Attends liners inside. I will be returning the âadvancedâ!
Excellent product with great value I order these for my 92-year-old mother who is no longer able to walk, so she has to have caregivers (so grateful for them!) change her. We have tried other brands – from major stores. Either the fit is way off, the tabs don’t hold, etc. These are well-made, fit pretty well (although my mother complains about the bunching at the front a bit – I can’t see it though) and hold very well. I need to explain that my mother has a permanent catheter, though, so I’m not speaking on the liquid…
Nice diaper Briefs. These are really good diaper briefs. For overnight I put in an additional liner that I have to put slits in to let the pee leak through. It does a good job holding for 8 hours with the liner. I use them only for overnite use. During the day I have to use real pull ups that are elastic to pull up and down as person needs. These are also economical too.
