My 9 year old liked it as her Halloween costume My 9 year old liked it as her Halloween costume, but the front seams at the neckline came unraveled as soon as she put it on. I was worried about it being too short, but it was long enough to reach her feet. To help you with size, I ordered a Medium 8-10. Third grader Halloween Our granddaughter is just learning about gods and goddesses of different cultures. She asked to be the “Mother Earth” goddess instead of a princess or a fairy for Halloween. We found this outfit that is generic enough to suit her needs and she will add her own embellishments. The headband is just so-so but will last through the end of October.
