Love GOT and Monopoly? This is just an ok combo So the rules are a little different- rent is only double without buildings (screwed that up the first go round and every went broke in like 2 turns) and the coins are in 1s or 5s instead of the usual spread. The board, game pieces, and cards looks great.BUTThe chance cards are very repetitive(ex: 4 get out of jail cards, 2 sail to Braavos, 4 about the Dothraki Hoarde), there aren’t enough castles or hold fasts,for every property to have them. Awesome! Bought this for my boyfriend since heâs a huge GoT fan. I couldnât wait to open and play it. He was super excited! I think we both were! We really like it! Got the game yesterday, played tonight. The game board itself and pieces are kind of hit and miss. Your player tokens are good, fairly heavy pieces, love them as the house sigils. The money âcoinsâ are cardboard, probably should have been plastic for better durability. The board itself is fine quality, just have some issues with property placements. Quick example âBear Islandâ is placed after âCasterly Rockâ and âHighgardenâ. I mean, nothing against the Mormonts, but come on… And you still go…
