I was glad the price was reasonable and they came quickly I am a Kdg teacher so I am on my feet all day. I have plantar fasciitis and 2 bones spurs on the same foot. I also have high arches. An orthopoedist made molds of my feet and I got inserts but they have worn out. I mostly wear casual or running shoes so I ordered the inserts for that type shoe. Comfortable, Non-Squeaky, Easy to Use I ordered these recently through Amazon; it is not my first purchase of this product, but it is my first via Amazon. Unlike hard-plastic orthotics (which I have also used for a long time), these do not cause boots to squeak. They are comfortable. Worth every penny!! I’ve dealt with bouts of plantar fasciitis off and on in my profession. To say I walk alot in my job is an understatement. I walk on various terrain and wear the soles of my boots off every 90 days whether $100 wolverines or $40 Walmart boots. So, I buy Walmart boots. I’m a week in with these insoles.
