The elastic is made to allow the skin to breath reducing moisture and heat build-up. The 10″ back panel tapers to six inches in the front and is fastened with Velcro closures. Size Guide: Measure around hips to determine correct size

Small: 30″-34″
Medium: 34″-38″
Large: 38″-42″
X-Large: 42″-46″
XX-Large: 46″-50″

Application Instructions:
Wrap inner belt around lower back and secure with velcro closure in the front of the Back Brace. Pull outer belt around inner belt and secure with velcro closure to desired comfort.

Care Instructions for the Back Support:
The Back Brace can be machined washed with mild detergent. Lay the Back Support flat to dry. Do not use a hot dryer or iron on the Back Brace.

Wow! I’m 69 years old and have been fat all my life. I’ve had lower back pain and weakness for several years and my doctor says it’s only because I’m carrying an extra 75lbs on my belly which pulls me forward off the natural alignment of my body. This really works! And it is adjustable and fits under clothing. I ordered this brace because I like to walk and do strength exercises but sometimes my lower back and hips really gets sore. My husband suggested that I get a brace for better support especially when lifting weights. So I bought this on his suggestion. It really works! Highly Recommended I just received my new back brace in the mail yesterday. I paid to have it shipped to me in 2 days. I have a history of back problems including a large ruptured disc last year at L5, spondylolisthesis, Pars defect, retrolithesis, and a fracture at T11 from a Chiropractor.
