Must have for post-natal nether care! Loved having these after I had my baby last month. I looked forward to a hot sizt bath with these and Epsom salts every night to alleviate the pain from tearing. I froze a box once and used them that way a couple times but really preferred putting them in the warm water. This, along with the earth mama perineal balm and spray, were lifesavers!!
Thought these were herbs you put in the bath. … Thought these were herbs you put in the bath. Not at all what I expected. WAY too much work for a new hurting mom.
