This IS compatible with Chicco Key fit 30….HERE’S HOW! I have the Chicco Key fit 30…And the Baby Jogger City Select Lux. I purchased this adapter and if you follow the instructions the assembly was easier than I expected. HOWEVER…when I put the car seat onto it, there was no click and it would not sit all the way into the adapter. I was furious and ready to return it. Later I looked all the way thru the instructions and in the fine print I found my answer. Do not use bar C for the Chicco Key fit 30. It is there for other car seats. Take off bar…
While a hassle, it served our needs well for cross-country travel. Additional installation help below! While a bit of a pain to deal with when you’re in a hurry, this served our needs well enough and it felt secure. We used this adapter to turn our 2014 Baby Jogger City Mini and 2015 Chicco Key Fit 30 into a travel system while flying across the country.
