Good cleaner, but some issues with this beta product The first unit I received was broken out of the box, meaning the head was separated from the body of the unit. I got a replacement, and while it is working ok, Karcher has a number of design flaws they need to address, and frankly since what is being sent out seems to be a âbetaâ device, all of us beta buyers should receive the next upgraded unit for free or at a steep discount.
