Initially stinks, but with washing several times the smell dissipated. The brace has really helped.. I injured my rotator cuff about a year and a half ago. I tried PT and also home exercises which only aggravated my shoulder. Works well for me so far Was having a significant amount of shoulder and arm pain, guessing it is from rotator cuff and AC Joint. I am a 58yo male. I ordered 2 of these to try. I put it on and adjusted per the instructions. The pain subsided and I have acceptable range of motion without it hurting. Soft, adjustable, comfortable. I ordered mine the evening of 1/4/2017 and it just arrived about 11:30 am on 1/7/2017, a day earlier than expected. Fantastic with the snow storm.
