Cute I bought this for my friend for her birthday. Of course I had to test it out before I gave it to her and after putting in the batteries I gave it a whirl. It does what it is supposed to, little panda comes out and steals your coin. The only reason it got four stars instead of five is there is a weird delay between the panda popping up and him actually taking the coin. Amusing and cute product The bank was very cute, although the black parts of the panda was more a dull gray than black. You have to place the coin on the button and then press down, and the panda will come up slowly with a loud high-pitched “thank you, meow” (at least that’s what it sounds like) and another “meow” when it retreats. Cute but this one was missing a very important piece. Cute concept and a great price. I’ve purchased these before as gifts for friends kids, however, this one arrived with the screw missing from the battery cover, which to me is important if it’s intended as a gift for a young child.
