They both love it. I would recommend this to any parent … My daughter was having a lot of trouble with her hand and foot placement when practicing her kart wheels. From the very first time she used this mat, she started to improve. The flip side of the mat aslo has a center line to practice balance beam technique. Both my 10 year old, and 3 year year old daughters use this mat. They both love it. I would recommend this to any parent looking to help their child with beginner gymnastics.
Kind of small This mat was kind of small. It worked for my 6 year old but won’t work for much longer. I would say for 3-7 years old it is good but over that look for a bigger one. Very good to help with cartwheels though.
Indoor tumbling fun! My niece loves this mat. She uses it to practice her gymnastics at home. It is a very simple mat, which is good for carwheels, somersaults and hand stands. Good for children around 2-7 years of age. The hand and feet prints and beam prints are helpful for thier skill development. This is a durable product for indoor use.
