Pretty simple, no worries and beautiful I received the lights and was a bit intimidated at first because I never used lights like this or decorated outside for the holidays. As soon as I read the instructions, I saw it was super easy. I think they are great because you do not have to worry about the power, turning them on or off, they do it all on their own. It’s awfully cloudy in our area, so the lights don’t stay on long, but maybe that makes them all the more special. Haven’t taken them down at the end of the holiday. We plan to leave them up. The one thing that buyers should be aware of with solar-powered lights is that the cord can be a trip hazard, especially if the solar panel has to be placed several feet from the tree to catch the sunlight.
