Does your little one envy the big kids’ Razor scooters your child a Razor Jr. Kiddie kick scooter, which lets your child tag along without jeopardizing his or her safety. Outfitted with a welded steel frame and a three-wheel design, the scooter makes riding fun for kids 3 and up. The scooter also includes a wide, slip-resistant deck that’s extremely stable, as is the extra-wide rear wheelbase. Other features include a padded T-bar, a low profile for easy scooting, and large smooth-rolling wheels. Recommended for ages 3 and older and supports a rider up to 45 pounds. The buyer and rider of all Razor scooters are responsible for knowing and obeying all local, state and federal regulations regarding the riding and use of all Razor scooters.
Don’t buy: The back wheel is in the way for a small kid There are some products that make you wonder how they got out of the manufacturer’s door. This is one such. I wish I had done some research before buying. See pic. My son is almost three. He has been using his sister’s three wheel scooter (two front, one rear) for a while. We got this for him but the rear wheel is exactly in the way preventing him from giving himself a proper push.
WARNING: ANKLE DESTROYER It is not just the back wheel that interferes with your child’s foot. There is also an unforgiving metal bolt that protrudes three quarters of an inch from the wheel hub. It is an ankle destroying nightmare.
Perfect for Beginners! Perfect for a little toddler (1-2 yr), to learn how to ride a scooter. Definitely wouldn’t be good for a older toddler. My older Toddler (4-5) seems to trip on it as her foot gets caught in the back. Its as I said perfect for a little guy/gal just learning to ride and balance. My little guy loves it!
