Only One Problem This underwear is top notch in all aspects except one. The pants are extremely comfortable, easy to put on, and highly absorbent. I have only one problem with them and that might be one unique to me. I am subject to frequent urinary tract infections which really test the absorbency of this product. When the attacks are at their worst the urine has a tendency to collect in the edges of the pants where there is no absorbency. I do not wish to have to get too explicit here so I hope it will…
Works fine during the day but can’t handle overnight. My mother is completely incontinent at night and nearly so during the day. I use these as her daytime because she needs a heavy absorbency and they do the job well with few accidents. We gave up on the standard Drug store brands and tried these from the local Med supply store and then decided to buy them on line in bulk.They do not do a good job of keeping her dry at night, however and I was consistently waking up between 3 & 4 in the morning because she was drenched and uncomfortable…
