Make every moment count with The Original Time Timer. This 60-minute visual timer has helped people manage time for over 20 years. It’s simple: when the red is gone, time is up – making life’s routines easy and productive! Designed to help manage the age-old question, “how much longer,” the Time Timer reinforces the concept of elapsed time better than any other tool.
The 3 inch Original Time Timer has clear plastic cover. To use the timer, the cover opens on a hinge located under the timer face and becomes a stand. Simple and intuitive to set – move the red disk into position and the timer is set. As time expires, the red disk disappears moving in a clockwise direction. The 3 inch Original Time Timer has an on/off optional alert which helps reinforce when time is up. The alert can be turned off for silent work environments. When complete, the cover comes back to the front, snaps into place, and protects the timer during travel.
No ticking – no distractions! Portable and quiet, the 3 inch Original Time Timer is a great way to promote efficient time management and focused concentration for individuals or small groups at work, school, and home.
55 minute timer… may require some repair… It is cheaply made and already broke once on me, but I was able to fix it. The red film gets hung up if you try try to set it for anything more than 55 minuets. You can tuck the film back into position and get it working again. My recommendation is to only set it for 55 minutes. I was really excited for this because the cover meant it was something I could toss in my backpack and take with me wherever I choose to study. With the price, it really should work better. The beep is good and loud. I…
Perfect for my autistic son My son has a very difficult time transitioning from one activity or task to another. I was using a timer on my phone but he would often still get upset and say my phone lied. This timer provides a simple, consistent visual for the time going down. It has three double-beeps that are loud, but not so overwhelming that they affect his noise sensitivity. If you have someone whose sensitivity is more severe than my son’s, you can choose to turn the sound off altogether, and the visual red time still…
good concept but needs to be improved the concept os very good and does help children as well as adults make sense of the time. There are few problems.1. The battery keeps going out of place causing the clock to stop.2. it is not designed to be used by children. Not rigid and not safe for younger children.3. the magnifier and the red disk show different times, When the magnifier is on 5 minutes. the disk is on 6.5. There is a clear 1.5 minutes error.4. If it turns beyond 60 minutes it doesn’t stop and…
