Knock-off Soap? Iâm very confused, I ordered this product through Fresh and the seller appeared to be Seventh Generation, but the soap in my bottle does not look correct. Maybe they will contact me to let me know they changed their recipe, but I buy only Seventh Generation dish soap and Iâm 99% certain itâs not supposed to look like this. Very nice Soap is great, cuts grease and baked on mess just as good as other ‘natural’ soaps like Method brand. Scent is very light and pleasant. Soap is thinner than other brands so it may dispense differently if you put in a pump dispenser. We refilled our old Method pump and realized that we may be better off with another pump dispenser since the Method soap is thicker and the pump dispenses too much of this soap each time you press the pump. Why did they have to start using SLS? Seventh Generation dish soap used to be SLS-free, but the last time I bought it, I noticed that it now contains SLS (sodium laureth/lauryl sulfate). Ugh. I will no longer be buying this product, but will look into other brands like Better Life that do not contain SLS.
