Made a noticeable difference. Actually made a difference. Was able to walk about a mile or so almost every day and not feel the arch pain later like with a wrap that did not have a soft bubble area directly under the arch. I was also wearing shoe inserts when using this. Foot pain started about 6 months ago, so by the time I tried this the pain was not as bad as when it first started but still at about about 50% of what it originally was. This helped a lot more than just using the shoe insert.

Really helping I really like these braces. When I get them positioned correctly on my arch area they definitely help with my plantar faciitis pain. Just one suggestion — I’d actually like an instruction in the packaging on how to position—where to position—the brace on your foot. Finding that “sweet spot” a little hard. Otherwise the 4 stars would have been a 5.
