Fun but could be better With these Battlebots, you are trying to hit the other bots kill switch before they hit yours. The kill switch is protected by a few loose plastic pieces that fall off during battle. Upon opening the box for the first time, you WILL need ‘TOOLS’ to get the parts out, as items are securely fastened to cardboard (see photo). The included instructions aren’t all that useful. Fun, quality toy So far so good. The Battlebots feel like quality construction and have been working as advertised. They are a good size (bigger than I expected). Each has a working signature weapon and several pieces of armor that can be knocked off during battle. Each bot has a “kill switch” that you have expose and then hit to disable it. My son was looking at other smaller Battlebot toys but they didn’t have the kill switch. With them, all you have to do is knock off all of the other bot’s armor…
Good For A Short Time-Revised-Great Customer Service! The battle bots arrived on time and were fun to assemble and battle . My grand son and I had a great time playing with them until one of the wheels came loose from the axle on Blacksmith. The manufacture does not answer its emails and there is nothing on their website about ordering spare parts so we are still unable to operate the Blacksmith battle bot. I was able to contact the maker through their Facebook site. I told them about the problem and they set us a brand new Battlebot!! Great…
