fair performance with moderate comfort This Cando Digi-Flex (3lb./1.4kg) model is one of the items my physical therapist required me to use for my tendonitis exercise regimen. However, this was too much resistance to start with. Even as I did exactly as directed, it aggravated my tendons even more. The yellow 1.5lb. model would have been a better choice, but I can’t imagine that version is too much better than this due to faulty performance issues and finger discomfort.The side with the black, rubberized grip is designed…
Keep in car I bought this because my PT recommended I use it to exercise my fingers after a ligament repair in my pinky finger. I keep it in my car and use it at stops lights. I think it really is helping and I like the different ways I can switch up the exercises.
Five Stars Started using one of these in Physical Therapy. Got one for home to maintain finger/grip strength.
