Stupid Cup hole won’t hold coffee cup – tray is NO WAY UNIVERSAL this tray did not fit either of the walkers that my mother has – (However it does seem to fit the walkers that are made by Drive but not other brands) – also it has a very stupid cup holder on it with a silly mesh thing hanging out and you could never fit a coffee cup into it. Since we could not find a stable tray to fit on my mother’s walkers (the flip tray we bought completelly flipped off when she had food on it – it gets loose as you move around with it). we thought we would by a new…
It works We purchased this for my aunt’s walker. Her caretaker wrote down the model number of her walker, and found that this should work. It does! My aunt can transport food & other things on this tray as she walks, so she’s holding both hands with the walker, instead of trying to balance. We feel she’s much safer with this. The cup holder isn’t the greatest, but we’ve found her coffee mug is wide enough so it’s somewhat wedged into the cup holder. So the mesh part isn’t really holding the cup.
Doesn’t fit and not well designed Does not install on most walkers as described. I got this for my mother’s walker and it was way wider and her walker is the most common size according to her physiotherapist. Plus, even if it were to fit, the slots on either side are so long and wide that it’s very easy for the tray to suddenly tilt out of control if pressed inadvertently in the wrong spot.
