Not too good and did not come with all of the parts. Just a word to the wise on this. I ordered a type P replacement for original sponge head which I had which attached with metal screws. It was very strong. The type C had plastic screw heads protruding up through holes in handle which were to be attached to plastic caps that came with the unit. The type P I had was very strong. So I ordered the top P thinking I was getting what I had and received a sponge head that appeared to be exactly as the type C but said type P on the packaging. The…
Not the Original Mop Refilll Those expecting to find the original Quickie mop refill 0553 will be disappointed. Quickie no longer makes that refill, and instead they offer this cheaper version (made in China) that has an inferior sponge and plastic connections. It will work, but the sponge is not of the same quality as the original. Even online ads that show the old metal bracket and metal wing nuts do not actually have that model. They are using old photos and descriptions that no longer portray what they send.
Size was different Quickie needs to put model numbers on their mops and other items they have. To my best judgement this refill appeared to have the same dimensions as my original mop head. The screw holes did fit! But the mop head was oversized and just flops about when I push and pull on handle. The wringer rollers will not roll over this refill because it is to large for them. Therefore, it is kind of useless for mopping the whole floor. Quickie seems to have a large product line in the hardware stores,…
