Not as pictured I was pretty disappointed in the costume that I recieved. The dress itself is okay. It looks like it will not tear the night of Halloween, though I’m not letting my daughter touch it until then. The skirt is not poofy like the picture at all, it hangs down. Cute dress Reading previous reviewers I was hesitant to buy this costume. But my daughter really wanted to be a monarch butterfly.I decided to get it and I am not disappointed!The costume is well constructed. The head piece stayed on. TIP: The head piece is not meant to be worn as a halo. The flower part goes on top of the forehead and then it wraps around at the base of the head. Looks fabulous and fits wonderfully! The costume arrived in the mail today and my 4 yo daughter LOVES it! So much that she wore it for half of the day today. (I made her take the wings off though.)She normally wears a 4/5 in girls so we ordered her a small 4-6.
