This muscle roller stick restores and rehabilitates muscles pre-workout and post-exercise by loosening tight muscles and accelerating muscle recovery by increasing blood flow and releasing lactic acid buildup This 18″ massage roller stick has 9 reinforced plastic gears that loosen pressure and trigger points to instantly relieve pain and soreness, increase mobility, and help prevent injury while working out. This massage tool is sure to be useful for ANYONE! Whether you play sports, do yoga, pilates, crossfit, or just go running every morning, this is one piece of fitness equipment you can’t afford to miss. Your body will thank you. Compact and lightweight size makes our massage roller simple to store or use in small spaces, making it the perfect addition to your home gym equipment. Compared to it’s big sister — the PharMeDoc foam roller — the PharMeDoc Muscle Roller Stick targets different muscle groups that the foam roller can’t. It also prevents injury, reduces lactic acid, and assists with circulation to increase your range of motion. Anyone looking for a deep massage and wanting to loosen tight muscles can add this to their daily routine. Our muscle roller is also ideal for those on-the-go and don’t have time to get a full stretch pre-/post-workout. Works excellent as a muscle roller stick for athletes and provides deep tissue massage
Amazingly Quick Relief for Lower Back Pain It’s a simple, marvelous little gizmo that can bring amazingly quick relief for back pain that you can use yourself. It’s also very good for using on other people. The PharMeDoc brand massage stick is higher quality than some of the massage sticks sold on here (we’ve tried several), and much less prone to pull hairs on bare skin. We’ve also found, to our surprise, that we prefer the shorter sticks over the longer ones, and larger diameter rollers over the smaller ones, if that is of help to…
Amazing deep tissue massage I have a spinal injury affecting my legs and the only relief in pain is a daily deep tissue massage to the back of my legs. My husband’s hands often cramp during the process and we couldn’t find an effective tool to aid in this process. I reluctantly ordered the stick and have had so much pain relief from my massages. It’s takes less time, pressure is easily adjusted to fit my needs – and best of all, I’m able to massage myself!
Sturdy enough for me at the right price Just what I was looking for — the roller is sturdy and doesn’t bend, and the hand grips don’t slip. The individual rollers spin freely, and I’ve had no troubles with them getting bound up rolling across smooth fabric (though I don’t use it much that way). The only caution I can give is, if you haven’t done much muscle rolling, be careful at first. It can ‘hurt so good’ you’ll find you’ve overdone it, and you’ll be feeling it for the next few days!
