Nice jacks, horrible balls I wish I could review the jacks separately from the two balls that came with the set. The jacks are a great size and weight, and I like them a lot. They are not as shiny and smooth as the ones I had as a child, but my granddaughter and I are having a lot of fun with them. The balls, on the other hand, are horrible. They have a strong chemical/petroleum smell that makes me sneeze and gives me a headache. My 8-year-old granddaughter also complained about the smell. I had to purchase a ball…

As soon as my girls saw this set they wanted to try them. Jacks is such an iconic game. I think it will be around forever.
Good olf fashioned quality Nice to find a Jacks set for my kid that’s a REAL set as they were back in the 1950’s or 1960’s, instead of a tiny shoddy set you’d find in a 99c store.
