I can put on my socks! I finally am able to put on my socks again! In this cold winter, waiting around until my spouse is available to put on my sock makes me angry. I have a bad hip, stenosis of the spine, bad knee and just can’t bend. I put it right on the sock, slip my foot in, pull the straps, and the sock is perfectly in place. Just make sure you put it all the way to the end of the sock so that it goes in place perfectly. I couldn’t be happier. Independence is so important to me!
Easy to use Bought these to use after a hip replacement and it worked great. My husband wanted to be able to dress himself but socks were almost impossible for him to put on due to the restrictions of bending. He used this and it worked great. It made him feel like he wasn’t a bother and could do things himself.Recommend this especially if you live alone and want that feeling of being able to take care of yourself. This aid will be just what you need.
Disappointed This product I found is ok. I recently had surgery on my left foot and needed something to get socks on and this particular sock aid was recommended by the physical therapist. I did use a similar aid while in rehab and found that one worked far better and has more “give” to it and I am going to buy that one.
