Fits standard walker perfectly I purchased these replacement wheels for my husband’s walker after I accidentally backed over his walker with the car. I was pleased that we didn’t have to buy a new walker.His walker is a standard aluminum walker, the type used in rehab.The wheels are 5″ across. The leg section is 10.5″ long and has 8 holes for hight adjustment.The wheels also came with two sliders.

My grandparent needed 3 walkers for his multi-level house, so we bought them cheap at garage sales and online used item sites, and then used these to fix them all up the same.
