It definitely helps! I have had gout for awhile but wasn’t able to make it into the doctor so I eventually self diagnosed. My toes/feet were in a great amount of pain which lead me to this product. Now I can’t say that the pain went away in 1 day as some of the reviewers have claimed but I have received a significant amount of relief just in the first week of using this. I’ll try to write an update after fully using one bottle.
