Finally a phosphate free dishwasher soap that WORKS!! I had been using Cascade Packs for the last four years in my Bosch Dishwasher (In Southern California, using a water softener and rinse aid). Unfortunately about 6-8 months ago the cascade stopped working. Suddenly all of my dishes were coming out bright white and cloudy. Unbelievable Let me first say where I was at before I got this detergent. I live in an area with VERY hard water and as such had always put a water softener into my house first thing. A couple of years ago I moved houses and did not immediately get a water softener. Still don’t have one yet but recently started to think I would have no choice but to get one and here is why. Within the last few months it has become impossible to find any detergents with phosphates in my state.. And since phosphates help…

Capsules all stuck together–frustrating The performance of the product is good. The packaging is unacceptable. When I opened the package over half of the capsules were stuck together. When trying to separate them the detergent granules and the liquid were everywhere. It’s as if the capsules were never separated when manufactured. This is not the first time I have purchased this product and I was very disappointed in what I received this time.
