Arms are short I ordered my son XL, he’s in 4th grade. The body is slim fitting, which is fine for him as he’s slender. However, the length of the arms aren’t proportional to the jacket. The entire cuff of his dress shirt hung out of the bottom of his jacket sleeve. Vest and body of coat hit exactly right. We made it work for his school presentation.
Very pleased with this little costume Very pleased with this little costume. The material seems to be of medium quality, when I was expecting the lowest quality possible and planned on doing alterations. I’m pleased to say that I don’t need to make any alterations at all! Very excited to use this as a costume for Grimsby in our production of The Little Mermaid Jr.!
Great Hamilton costume This was my daughter’s Alexander Hamilton costume for Halloween this year, and she was quite happy with it. We got the Large, for an average-sized 9-year-old, which was a good fit–glad we didn’t go smaller. The jacket is a nice, deep blue, and not too sweaty. She wore a long-sleeved shirt underneath for trick-or-treating and was comfortable in 50-degree weather. Good deal for the price.
