Works for Heel Spur pain, too! I had one of these many years ago for a problem with Plantar Fasciitis that nothing helped. In fact, the shot in the foot my doctor gave me seemed to make it worse. In desperation, I bought what looks like this same splint, and after 2 nights use, I was finally Plantar Fasciitis pain free. Really. I kept the thing for years waiting for another flare-up, finally loaned it to a friend and never saw it again. Btw, it worked for her within a week too.
To soft Its okay, I feel like I can still flex my foot , when its on. I purchased a large, due to my calf being big, so maybe I should have gone to a Medium, however, I had to return one because the top clip would not go around my upper leg. The straps fit well, but my heal comes up during the night. I would not buy this again, its really hard to find a splint that works for me, what works best is taping my foot.
Night splint A whole lot more comfortable to wear while sleeping than splints with the metal coming alongside your leg. I’ve been wearing mine for a wk now and my heel seems to want to migrate up a bit which lessens the angle therefore I’m not quite sure yet but I don’t think it’s as effective as another splint I have used in the past but I am able to keep it on all night and any angle is better than none. The toe wedge put more pressure on the ball of my foot which made that whole part of my foot tingle, I…
