This is my children’s all time favorite book in the Sammy the Spider series This is my children’s all time favorite book in the Sammy the Spider series. The story can be read again and again and your children will want more. A love the colors used in the illustrations. Would highly recommend the Sammy’s Spider’s First Purim.
Part of series about Jewish Holidays Purim is to Jews as Halloween is to American kids as both require costurmes. BUT, Purim celebrates the saving of the Jews from desctruction by Queen Ester who pleads for her people before the king whose henchman, Haman, wants to destroy the Jews.
Kids love it! This provides a good explanation of the holiday. The graphics are wonderful: colorful, bright, large! Children love the story and adventures of Sammy Spider.
