I couldn’t imagine trying to use the toilet post-Op without this seat. Reason for purchase: Total hip replacement, Right, Posterior approach (Traditional method)Patient: Male, late 40s, 6′ 4″, 360 lbs., Avascular necrosis – Right hipIt’s now been a week since the procedure and I’m feeling better every day.I can’t imagine trying to use the toilet without this seat. The extra height has been crucial and the right ramp puts less pressure on the incision.
excellent product a true life saver after surgery to repair my ruptured hamstring. Being female, I had to make a small modification to the front of the seat to prevent urine coming out the front. The height was perfect. Good design. Super easy to use! Very pleased with this product. Good luck to all of those who have to have the surgery that requires using this.
